Ice Hockey to Play Robert Morris in AHA Championship First Round

NEWARK, Del. – Following the final weekend of regular season action, the University of Delaware ice hockey team knows its opponents for the first round of the Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) Championship. The seventh-seeded Fightin' Blue Hens will take on sixth-seeded Robert Morris on Thursday, February 19 in St. Charles, Missouri. Puck drop is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET, and the contest will be streamed on FloHockey.
The game will be played at Lindenwood's Centene Community Ice Center. Lindenwood earned the third seed in the tournament and will host the winner of Thursday's first round game on Saturday in the quarterfinals.
Delaware and Robert Morris met four times this season, with the Colonials taking all four contests. Charlotte Payne has 112 saves in three games against Robert Morris, while Francesca Barresi and Tiana McIntyre both scored in the teams' series earlier this month in Moon Township, Pennsylvania.
