Jordan Skolnick Named Director of Athletics and Campus Recreation

NEWARK, Del. – Jordan Skolnick has been named the University of Delaware's Director of Athletics and Campus Recreation, President Laura Carlson announced today. Skolnick joined UD Athletics in 2016 and has served as interim director of athletics and campus recreation since March.

Itamar Tapiro

Itamar Tapiro went 2-0 in singles action and 1-1 in doubles play in the first weekend of the season. The first singles opponent he faced of the year was the ITA No. 115 player in the country, who he defeated in straight sets. Tapiro also won his match against Bucknell 6-2, 7-6 (7-5). In doubles action with Federico Garbero, the ITA No. 62 duo in the nation fared well in second doubles, defeating Villanova 6-2.
